Fairytale Wedding Planners offers something for everyone! You can hire one of our planners by the hour for decorating and planning help, or you can book one of our extensive packages. Our Princess Packages have a full range of services that will cover any type of wedding. Just need a little help for your special day? We can help you there too! We are Brevard's premier wedding planners. We'd love to help you on your day and we'll do it at the most reasonable rates in all of the Space Coast!
Simple Services
Fairytale Wedding Planners offers a variety of services as we know that each bride is unique and has different needs. If you are in need of just a little help for your wedding day our simple services are for you! These packages include direction of the wedding party, quality control, and last minute help.
Rehearsal Only- $150
Ceremony Only- $250
Rehearsal & Ceremony together- $300
Hourly Services
Our Princess packages not for you? Fairytale Wedding Planner also offers per hour planning services ranging from $50-75 per hour. Why be a princess when you can be a queen!? The royal bride can hire her very own fairy godmother for help with everything from dealing with vendors, to placing special orders to rehearsal day and wedding day direction. Virtually every dream and desire can be reached with our per hour services.

Sleeping Beauty - Awaken to a world without wedding stress! Our Sleeping Beauties will be able to sleep in with this wedding package. This package includes:
* Personal assistance with all your wedding vendors plus budget assistance
* Help with choosing a site
* Rehearsal Direction
* Ceremony Direction
* Reception help- Your planner will make sure everything is in place and ready to go throughout the night making sure everything is perfect from the first toast until the last guest leaves!
* Bridal Suite prep- Your bridal suite will be prepared for your first romantic encounter. This package includes champagne & strawberries compliments of Fairytale Wedding Planners!
* $1500
Snow White- Who is the fairest of them all? You are of course! And this package is tailored towards you! Our Snow White package includes:
* Personal assistance with all your wedding vendors plus budget assistance
* Research and help with vendor selection. With the Snow White we will do all the leg work required! Just give us your guidelines and we’ll give you your options. All you need to do is relax.
* Help with choosing a site
* Total document preparation. We will research and fill out every line. You just need to read and sign on the line.
* Favor and invitation ordering- wedding touches and orders placed for you
* Dress & tux pick up
* Rehearsal Direction
* Ceremony Direction
* Reception help
* Bridal Suite Prep, including the champagne treat
* $2500
Cinderella- This is our crowning wedding package. The Cinderella comes with everything featured above and then some! Every Cinderella bride will be pampered and waited upon at every step. Our fairy godmothers will be there to assist you at every fitting, every signing, with every vendor, and at each tasting. This package entitles you to special orders and demands unavailable to our other brides. Need lace ordered from France? We’ll get it! Want a plane to fly over your beach wedding? It’s yours. We will be there to direct your rehearsal, your ceremony and will stay throughout your day to make sure everything goes smoothly. With this package we will be at your beckon call. Price depends upon wedding size and budget.
